• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the hq777 platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member on the hq777 platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Balance" — the total IDR-denominated funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited real-money funds and any bonus funds credited in accordance with active promotions.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by hq777 that are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds until those requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process required by hq777 prior to approving withdrawal requests, comprising government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

To open an hq777 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your Account remains active:

2. 4. Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended hq777 Account. Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one Account on the Platform at any time.
5. Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of hq777 or of any of its licensed game-content suppliers, unless hq777 has provided prior written consent in a specific case.

To access the full range of hq777 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal Account via the hq777 Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document);

Your Account credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. hq777 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings to minimise the risk of unauthorised access.

hq777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and as part of its broader obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is conducted once, at the time of a Member's first withdrawal request, and must be completed before any funds are released from the Account.

The standard KYC documentation required by hq777 includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM). The document must be current (not expired) and must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of a withdrawal request being placed will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. The corresponding funds will remain in your Account and a new withdrawal request may be submitted once verification is complete.

hq777 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument that does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and a review of the Account.

Supported deposit channels and processing times:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI): Credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank transfer, subject to interbank processing times. Deposits are confirmed via automated real-time transaction monitoring.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Credited instantly upon confirmation by the e-wallet provider. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000.

Deposit limits: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, Members utilising the responsible-gaming deposit-limit tool may have a lower effective daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceiling in place on their own Account, which they can adjust via Account settings subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before any upward adjustment takes effect.

Withdrawal processing times:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Only real-money balance — not uncleared Bonus Funds — may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become withdrawable.
• hq777 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will be returned to source (i.e., credited back to the Member's Account) if the receiving payment account is closed, invalid, or does not match the Member's verified name.

hq777 does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard e-wallet and bank-transfer withdrawals. Express or prioritised withdrawal processing is available to VIP members under the hq777 VIP Programme terms.

• Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page (typically 7–30 calendar days from the date of credit). Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time, unless hq777 explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Non-Transferability: Bonus Funds are personal to the Account to which they are credited and may not be transferred to another Account under any circumstances.

The following general betting rules apply to all sportsbook markets on hq777. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the hq777 Sportsbook Rules section, accessible via the sportsbook interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until hq777's system returns a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmed receipt — due to network interruption, price change, or market suspension — are not valid and no liability is incurred by hq777.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you submit your bet and the time it is processed, hq777 may offer you the revised odds. You have the right to decline revised odds; in that case, the bet is not placed and your stake is returned to your Account.
• Mix Parlay (Multi-Leg Accumulator): Mix parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. A single void leg reduces the accumulator by one leg; a single lost leg voids the entire accumulator. Minimum number of legs for a mix parlay bet is two (2).
• Voor Bola (Asian Handicap): Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are settled according to the handicap assigned at the time the bet is placed. Split-handicap bets are settled as two equal half-stakes at the two adjoining handicap lines.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by hq777 if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or if the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error. Void bets result in the full stake being returned to the Member's Account.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout per event is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing for a VIP Account. Mix parlay maximum payouts are subject to separate limits stated in the Sportsbook Rules.

All live casino games and RNG-based games (slots, arcade titles) available on hq777 are supplied by third-party certified game studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hq777 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments, or reversing legitimate deposits via chargebacks after withdrawals have been processed.
• Money laundering: Using the hq777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime in any way.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the hq777 platform, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering, the use of multiple accounts, systematic arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to generate risk-free profit from Bonus Funds in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format offered on the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, make game decisions, or interact with the hq777 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any software bug, glitch, pricing error, or display fault to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the knowing exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed from the Member's Account.
• Underage gambling: Allowing, assisting, or facilitating access to the hq777 platform by any person under 21 years of age, including sharing Account credentials with a minor.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.

hq777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 11;
• A regulatory, licensing, or legal requirement to do so;
• Extended inactivity — an Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. A dormant Account may be closed by hq777 following 30 days' written notice to the email address on file. Any remaining real-money balance in a closed dormant Account will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — particularly where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is substantiated — hq777 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including real-money funds and Bonus Funds, and to recover from the Member any losses, costs, or damages suffered by hq777 as a result of the Member's conduct.

Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the Member's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements are met and no outstanding Wagering Requirements are attached to the balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hq777 excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for any losses or damages of any kind incurred by a Member or any third party in connection with their use of the hq777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from the Member's own betting or gaming decisions;
• Loss arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Loss arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or any other cause beyond hq777's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or any other payment partner);
• Loss arising from a Member's reliance on any information, statistics, odds, or content displayed on the hq777 platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Where hq777's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount of real-money funds deposited by the Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes hq777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

hq777 collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the hq777 Privacy Policy in full.

Key data-protection principles applied by hq777 include:

• Purpose limitation: Personal data is collected for specific, legitimate purposes — account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support — and is not processed for any purpose incompatible with those stated purposes.

The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date stated in the amendment notice, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after the notice is issued, except where an amendment is required to take immediate effect for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case it will be effective immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the hq777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a voluntary account closure request in accordance with Clause 12 before the effective date of the amendment.

Dispute Resolution Process:

3. Step 3 — Final Decision: hq777's Compliance and Disputes team will issue a final written decision within 30 business days of escalation. hq777's transaction logs, game-server records, and internal audit trails constitute the primary evidentiary basis for all dispute determinations. In the absence of documented technical error, hq777's records are conclusive.

All dispute submissions must be made within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
